A basic knowledge of Adobe softwares is required, and each individual download comes with a documentation PDF file that cover the basics and will walk you through editing and customizing the template.

Generally speaking, for our print templates (catalogues, magazines, portfolios etc) it is recommended to use Adobe Indesign, although most of the time each template is re-designed in every software to allow everyone to use and customize it.

Other products like mockups, social media packs etc will be editable only with Adobe Photoshop.

All of our templates are editable ONLY with Adobe softwares and occasionally with Microsoft Word/Powerpoint.

Each download includes editable files in either InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator – or a combination of these.

You only need one between all the options available.

Please check in which software is the template editable before making the purchase: if you buy an Indesign template it will not work with Photoshop and vice versa.

NO, unfortunately Photoshop Elements and Photoshop on Ipad Pro do not support all of the features of Photoshop, including smart object layers which all of our templates and mockups require.

We do not offer trial versions of our templates that are for sale in our online shop. However, sometimes products are offered for free on our Instagram account and News page. 

Each template is FULLY EDITABLE as if it was created from scratch.

You can add / remove / duplicate pages, change colors and fonts, move / scale / crop graphic elements.

NO, all the photos used in the preview images have been used only to show you a preview of how the Template can look alike, they are not included in the main download. All the photos used can be found at:

They offer free, high quality photos with a CC0 license (Creative Commons Zero) – this means you are allowed to use them for commercial and noncommercial purposes.

NO, but for our templates we always try to use free typefaces which can easily be downloaded. Included with the purchase is a documentation PDF file, which includes the names of these fonts and links to sites where you can download them for free.

As a general rule, since each template can be bought anywhere in the world, always talk directly with the print shop to obtain the best results, they will guide you with all the requirements needed.

Avoid online print services if you don’t have already experience with it and you know that they can offer the quality you seek for.

YES, althrough it is not recommended.

NO, templates are specifically created for graphic designers to help speed up the design process.

We create one template and We sell it many times over, which is how We keep prices affordable. If you need something specific, you can hire us for a custom project.

YES, usually you can get an answer the same day of the request. During holiday days (Christmas, Summer) it might take a bit longer but we do our best to reply asap.

If you bought our resources on an online marketplace like Graphicriver or Creative Market, refunds are handled by them. We can’t issue a refund directly as each marketplace take a % on every sale.
